To offer a program tailored to your level of activity and nutrition based on your goals, we meet in advance before any session. I take into account your health, eating habits, background, abilities and measurements and take pictures. A physical test can be carried out according to your goals.

1 hour session contains:

  • All the previous work to customize an exercise and nutrition program.
  • My full attention to the proper execution of exercises in terms of safety and efficiency.
  • A constant presence to guide, explain (purpose of the exercise, muscle worked, etc.) and motivate.
  • Warm up, workout, cool-down and stretching.
  • Unlimited fitness tracking and nutrition outside the sessions by sms and email (answers within 24 hours).
